• Perform background checks, verification, or screening

Limitation of Liability

StudentMower Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Misrepresentation, fraud, or misconduct by any student
• Quality, timeliness, or completion of any services
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
• Any criminal activity or illegal behavior by students
• Technical issues, data breaches, or platform downtime

Elder Care Services Disclaimer

Important: StudentElderCare provides companionship and household assistance services only. We are NOT a medical, home health, or personal care service provider.

Our students may only provide:

• Companionship and social support
• Light household assistance (tidying, meal prep, errands)
• Transportation to appointments and activities
• Technology assistance and family communication support

Our students may NOT provide:

• Medical care, medication administration, or health monitoring
• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Physical lifting, transferring, or mobility assistance
• Emergency medical response or clinical services

Platform Availability

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Availability of students in any particular area
• Continuity of student availability or services
• Platform uptime or technical performance
• Accuracy of student profiles or information

Governing Law
